1. Scope of Work

Easelytics provides secure, automated data integration, analytics, and reporting services. This includes connectors, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and metrics visualization across supported platforms like Amazon Ads, Seller Central, Google Ads, Shiprocket, and WooCommerce etc

2. Project & Subscription Terms

Projects or subscriptions begin once client credentials and data access are configured. Timelines depend on the timely provision of required inputs and approvals from the client. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal.

3. Fees & Payment

All payments are due as per the agreed plan or invoice schedule. Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services or restricted dashboard access. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, timely, and lawful data.
Maintain access credentials and platform permissions for Easelytics connectors.
Ensure data shared complies with applicable privacy law.
Designate a single authorized contact person for approvals and communication.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Easelytics implements encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. Data access is strictly controlled and logged. No client data is shared, sold, or exposed to third parties without written consent. Access tokens and credentials are securely stored using high security algorithm.

6. Data Retention

Client credentials is retained for the duration of the active account. Upon cancellation or termination, all client-specific data is deleted within 30 days, unless legal or regulatory retention is required. Clients may request earlier deletion via written notice to contact@easelytics.in.

7. Cookies & Tracking

The Easelytics platform uses essential cookies only — such as session identifiers to maintain authentication and enhance security. No third-party tracking or marketing cookies are used.

8. Intellectual Property

All dashboards, reports, and data models generated through Easelytics belong to the client once full payment is received. Easelytics retains ownership of the platform code, connectors, UI designs, and analytics engine architecture. Easelytics may display non-confidential, anonymized examples of analytics interfaces in its portfolio or marketing materials unless the client objects in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Easelytics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for inaccuracies arising from errors in client-provided data. Liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in the previous 12 months.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India..

11. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using Easelytics services, or accessing dashboards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and privacy conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
